Returns & Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used nail sets.
We encourage you to review product details, photos, and our Size Guide carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us assist you quickly, please include:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue
Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
  • Opened or used nail sets
  • Items damaged due to improper use or handling
  • Items reported after 7 days from delivery

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
